By creating an account in Walkies, you agree to these terms. Walkies is provided by Neofox Media Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). If anything here doesn't work for you, please don't use the app.
What Walkies is
Walkies is a consumer activity tracker for dogs. It records walks you choose to start and computes daily walking suggestions based on breed, size and age. It is not a medical device and the suggestions it makes are not veterinary advice. Talk to a vet for anything medical.
Your account
- You're responsible for your sign-in credentials. Don't share them.
- You must be 13 or older to use Walkies.
- You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break the service or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws.
Service availability
Walkies is offered "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to Walkies is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which is currently zero — the app is free). We aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New Delhi.
